Rental and Equipment Usage Rules

To ensure a safe, fair, and responsible experience for everyone, bicycle and camping equipment rentals with B Friends Forever are subject to the following rules:

1. 1. Use within the BOOMLAND venue

1. • • Rental equipment cannot be removed from the BOOMLAND venue.
     • Use is limited to the event period and in authorized areas.

1. 2. Equipment Condition and Registration

1. • • Equipment must be returned in the same condition as it was delivered.
     • Upon receipt, the user must take photos and/or a video of the equipment as proof of its initial condition.
     • This registration serves to protect both parties in the event of disagreements upon return.

1. 3. Payment and Deposit

1. • • The rental amount and associated deposit must be paid upon delivery of the equipment.
     • The deposit will be refunded in full upon return, provided the equipment is in its original condition.

1. 4. Damage, Liability, and Repairs

1. • • In the event of any damage, the user must notify B Friends Forever immediately.
     • All repairs will be performed exclusively by B Friends Forever technicians, except in cases where prior written authorization is provided for the user to perform the repair themselves.
     • Any repair performed without written authorization may result in partial or total forfeiture of the deposit.
     • ⚠️ Any damage caused to the equipment, and/or through the equipment (to persons, property, or third parties), is the sole responsibility of the renter.
     • B Friends Forever cannot be held responsible for any accident, loss, or damage resulting from improper, negligent, or reckless use of the rental equipment.

These rules are intended to ensure proper use of the equipment, the safety of users, and the durability of our equipment.
